Toora Primary School, established in 1888, is a small rural school located 187 kilometres south-east of Melbourne and set in the picturesque
hills of South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. Wilson’s Promontory
National Park is across the inlet and the
rolling hills of the Strezlecki Range provide beautiful views and inspiration making our school a great place to be. 

At Toora Primary School we offer Grades Prep to 6. There are currently a Principal, 4 full time class teachers, a Learning Specialist (2 days per week),
Physical Education Specialist (3hrs per week), a full time Inclusive Education teacher, Business Manager (.7), Chaplain/Welfare officer (3 days per week),
1 full-time and 1 part-time Education Support Staff and MARC van, employed at the school. Our March 2023 enrolment sits at 70 students.

The school/parent partnership is strong and has positive benefits for all students and school community.
