Toora Primary School has partnered with an independent provider TheirCare to provide Before and After School Care services to our school community. The program services the children in the School Stadium from 7:00am in the morning until 9:00am and operates from 3:20pm each day until 6:00pm. Families wishing to use this service can visit the TheirCare website: http://theircare.com.au/. Families are also eligible for a government rebate which reduces the cost per session. environment. The program includes a wide variety of activities that are thoroughly prepared and implemented to meet our children’s
social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs. In this way the program complements the school’s activities and is consistent with the school’s policies and practices. TheirCare provides a stimulating and safe environment for all children and an environment where children come
and enjoy their time in their program. During sessions children develop life skills, friendships. Confidence and
creativity through play. Toora Primary School has partnered with TheirCare to provide quality care, flexibility and commitment to deliver on our promise to your school community.
How to Enrol: Visit TheirCare website: www.theircare.com.au and click on ’Book Now’ in the top right-hand corner to register you child’s details.
Starting in 2025, Toora Primary School will offer a Before and After School Care program – TOSHcare, run by the School Council. This service will allow parents to book their child in as needed, providing flexibility and support for families.
TOSHcare is designed to fit around busy schedules, this program provides a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children before and after regular school hours.
Our caring and qualified staff focus on creating a welcoming space where kids can relax and enjoy a range of activities. With flexible booking options, you can secure care as needed, making it easy to balance your family’s unique routine.
To register your child for TOSHcare, please follow these steps:

Complete the following:
– Enter Parent/Guardian Information: Fill in your contact details, including email and phone number.
– Child Information: Provide your child’s information as requested.
– Emergency Contacts: Add any additional emergency contacts as necessary.
Activate Your Xplor Account:
– After completing the registration, check your email inbox for an activation link from Xplor.
– Click on the link to verify your account, and then set a password to secure your login.
Download the Home App:
– Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Xplor Home.
– Download and open the app, then sign in using the email and password you set up during registration.
– In the app, you’ll be able to view your child’s attendance, book sessions, and manage notifications from TOSHcare.
